01Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using pres.cards (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
pres.cards is operated from Mexico City. For anything, reach us at [email protected].
02Description of the service
pres.cards lets artists, DJs, producers and bands create a public press kit on a web page, plus a private dashboard to manage bookings, messages, calendar, releases and metrics.
The Service is provided "as is" and evolves constantly: we may add, change or remove features to improve the product.
03Your account
To use most features you must register with a valid email and a password. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials confidential.
- All activity under your account.
- Providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
04Plans, payments and renewal
pres.cards offers a free Basic plan and paid plans (Professional and Premium).
- Payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change with reasonable prior notice.
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, write to [email protected] and we will review it in good faith.

You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the content you publish.
07pres.cards intellectual property
The software, design, templates, brand and other elements of the Service belong to pres.cards or its licensors. You acquire no rights to them beyond the use permitted by these Terms.
08Availability and changes

09Cancellation and termination
You can cancel or delete your account anytime from your dashboard or by writing to us.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. In that case we will try to give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pres.cards is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
