Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts or fine print. You can cancel or pause your plan anytime directly from the Billing section in your dashboard. When you cancel, you keep access to your Pro or Indie features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Completely. The Free plan is built for artists who are just starting out. It requires no credit card, includes hosting on our subdomain, and we'll never charge you unless you decide to upgrade yourself.
How does a custom domain work?
If you're on an Indie or Pro plan, you can connect a domain you already own (e.g. dj-yourname.com) or register a new one. We generate and install an SSL certificate automatically to secure your page, giving your project a 100% professional look.
Do you have plans for agencies, labels or managers?
Yes, we offer an Agency/Label plan in Early Access that lets you manage up to 25 artists under one account. It includes white-label (removes pres.cards references from the dashboard) and team roles for your agents. Contact us for exclusive access.
